Dean Warlic is the dean (or the head) of G.E.A.R.S. University. His own office is found on the fifth floor of G.E.A.R.S. University.
History[]
Dean Warlic used to be a brilliant Mecha Pilot, but has since become the dean of G.E.A.R.S. University.

Interactions With the Playable Character[]
Depending on what you do aboard the Dropship, Warlic can be battled in the 'AssaultMecha' video game. In this game, he goes under the name of "Evil Jim". He shows an instant interest in the Player Character, as soon as he discovers their record-breaking score on the Enrollment Exam. After the usual exam, Warlic has the Player Character go through the extra test of fighting Hot Dog drones. After the exam, he sends for the Player Character, who then came to meet him in his office. Dean Warlic also sends the Player Character on many missions to various places in Soluna City including "Defend Soluna City", "Tibattleonia", and "Rescue!".
Halfway through the Storyline, Warlic starts losing his memories rapidly, and calls the Player Character various names.
